The cleanliness of the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was always joyful and welcoming. Coffee was always ready. The only problem I had was during my 14 day stay my room was not cleaned, I was just handed some towels by the cleaning lady.

The vibe is more cozy than one of the strip hotels but I see this spot as underrated. It's comfy, the free coffee/cocoa is a bonus, the soaps are awesome, the water in the front is great, love that the pool is still open in December. Great location, easy to get to the strip. Highly recommend

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. We liked that it was just off the strip but close to do the things we wanted.

This hotel is practically a parking trap. They would tow your car even if the front desk tells you the parking is free for club members. You need to get a parking path and then take pictures that you have a parking path in case your car is towed. I've never seen anything like that at any Holiday Inn hotel chain or any other hotel brand, for that matter. This may be a Las Vegas thing, but if you want to avoid ruining your day and paying $300 for towing, stay away from this place - there are plenty of other choices in Las Vegas.

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the limited pantry experience. Food choices such as IHG provides at some even hotels, Ann Arbor MI, would be well received.
